July 4th was fun in Westhampton Beach

Ah, the New York weekend life! Well worth the wait for the good ole LIRR at Penn Station to escape to beautiful Westhampton Beach!

After a June full of rain and cool, July 4th weekend was a gift of perfect weather. There were lines all day at Beach Bakery Cafe. And on Friday evening, the Satchel Boogie band drew a crowd out front with its funky-sweet songs.

So many cars cruising that it was hard to snap a clear picture across Main Street! Always good to return to Westhampton Beach and see Magic's Pub open for grog and chow.
